For all inspection trips, we will calculate the relevant consequential carbon footprint, and on your behalf plant the relevant number of indigenous trees in the pre-arranged conservation zones we have identified and agreed with the local municipalities of the regions where the project you have visited are located. This is an ongoing process and commitment, and we are currently negotiating as Crown Resorts with prospective tour operators and travel agencies that will be letting the services at our developments so that along with ourselves they continue the commitment to a carbon-friendly life style.
Inspection Trips
If you intend to live full-time or just part of the year in your investment or are just making a strategic investment, we recommend you make an inspection trip before you buy the property. Apart from inspecting the property location, the purpose of the inspection trip is to sign the pre-contract.
If you are a property investor and you do not have the spare time for an inspection trip, the pre-contract can be signed „from a distance” and you can visit us for the signing of the final contract.
