One of the main advantages of signing a rental agreement with Crown FM (link to web site) is the flawless connection that we have with our sales team. The Sales Department always maintains a detailed history report throughout the sales process, and if the customer has agreed to take out rental agreement with Crown, then once the property is ready for transfer, the two departments meet and the handover process begins. This procedure ensures customer compliance, quality of service and maintenance of good customer relations.

This whole process allows the owners to rely on a highly professional team whose sole task is to give the customer the best possible return on investment. The Property Management Department manages and maintains all our completed projects on behalf of our customers. In essence, the Property Management Department is to act as the "guardian" for the property whilst the owners are away, and can, if appointed by the customer, manage the rentals and letting process, as well as clean, service, maintain and secure all apartments. In addition Crown will manage all the payment of local bills, such as cable and utility costs, where applicable to the local municipality.
