Prestige Bed Linen / Towels: Whether you wish customers or you yourself to benefit from a greater experience whilst staying in your apartment, our Prestige range of Bed linen and towels are second to none. Made from a 40% satin 60% cotton mix it’s the last word in a great nights sleep and the perfect finish to a great bath or shower after a hard day’s skiing in the winter or long nature walk or horse ride in the summer.

Offering coordinated pillowcases, duvets, covers, fitted sheets and valances, available for all sizes of beds and sofa beds and three sizes of towels (face, body and bath), all uniquely adorned with the Prestige logo and finished in a luscious champagne colour to go with any finish of apartment.

Custom storage: Not only are our standard cupboards and wardrobes all 2500 high to help house all that linen necessary to let, and clothing brought by the clients, but as we design and manufacture all our fitted wardrobes we can utilize all those nooks and crannies and any alcoves present in your apartment offering all sorts of options in order to provide that all important storage space.

We also provide Secure Personal Storage to your specification, either separate or combined within other aspects of your storage provision. Our flexibility means, built-in mirrors, lighting, safes and any other aspect you may require are available.

Soft furnishings & Apartment dressing: As you know, first impressions count whenever you’re visiting or staying at an apartment/hotel room and the correct selections are all important. Don’t worry we have access to a great array of soft furnishings from cushions to throws, vases and dry flowers of all styles and colours so every eventuality and style can be catered for. Art both in the form of prints and original artwork to finish off the whole picture can also be provided, perfectly selected to set off your investment in the best light.

Kitchen / Apartment inventory: Don’t want the hassle of sorting out your own kitchen inventory and all those items needed to present a fully operational apartment? D7 can offer and source everything, as either the standard D7 range that’s practical and functional or the Prestige range offering that little bit extra with Italian designer items and an altogether more discerning selection. Either way, D7 will deliver and unpack to your apartment and issue a detailed inventory list for your management company and yourself.

White goods and Electrical appliances: If you have ordered one of our stunning kitchens, then your white goods will already have been dealt with, if not just ask and we will provide to your specification. Additionally, if you require TVs Plasma or LCD, DVD, home cinema systems, kettles, toasters etc: D7 can provide deliver, install and set up to your specification or our professional selection to your budget.

Drop ceilings and lighting: Looking for that little bit extra? Then a drop ceiling complete with down lighting will completely differentiate your kitchen / dinning area and living space and set your apartment apart from the others. Snagging and developer defects: Feed up with battling with your developer or builder cant get the simplest of remedial works completed D7 can help, if you have taken a complete furniture and fit-out package from us then all snagging items within reason and none latent defects will be picked up by our small works team as part of our comprehensive package. If not, just send your list and we will inspect the apartment and offer a very competitive price that will both release you from the worry of a non-cooperative developer and your apartment either to the lettings or resale market.

Insurance claims: Had a disaster, you are far away from the events, don’t know what to do or who to trust then D7 and our experienced small works team can help. No job too small or problem too big, whatever the issue, just send us the details, we will inspect the area and provided a detailed report with solutions and recommendations along with detailed costs that you can pass direct to your insurance company and upon acceptance and relevant instructions we will facilitate the repairs and any associated remedial activity and redecorations, delivering back your investment in better form and ready to get back to work for you,
